Do I need to make an appointment?
No appointment is needed with Well Revolution. Start a private chat with a doctor at any time.
Do I need to register or create an account?
No. Registration is not currently required, but certain information is needed for your consultation with the primary care provider. See Well Revolution's privacy policy for what information it collected and how it is used.
Where is Super Health Pharmacy Care available?
Super Health Pharmacy Care is available in-person at our convenient Brooklyn location on 5th Ave (near Barclays Center), or online anwhere in New York state.
Well Revolution doctors are available in all 50 states, plus Washington D.C. so you can chat with a doctor and get prescriptions anywhere in the United States.
Can I use Super Health Pharmacy Care for my child?
Yes. Super Health Pharmacy Care is available for use by children, but the consultation for all people under the age of 18 must be performed by the person’s parent or legal guardian.
Is Super Health Pharmacy Care safe?
When you use Super Health Pharmacy Care from Well Revolution, you are trusting us and your doctor with your information.
We take your privacy seriously. Our services are subject to all healthcare and privacy laws and regulations in the United States.
All doctors on Well Revolution are professional, qualified and licensed in the United States.

What's included with my consult?
A consultation with a Well Revolution doctor. The doctor will decide on what care is appropriate for you.
How do prescriptions work?
The doctor creates and sends paperless prescriptions for you. They will send your prescription to Super Health Pharmacy, or you can choose free home delivery.
Free Home Delivery: Convenient, affordable and free home delivery.
Pick up elsewhere: Your out-of-pocket medication costs will depend on your insurance and where you decide to get your prescription filled.

When will I be charged for my consult?
Any charges are made at the end of your consultation with the doctor.
When your consultation starts, a pre-authorization for the consult fee is made against your payment card.
When your consultation is completed, the provider will close the chat and your payment card will be billed for the cost of the consultation.
If a consultation is not provided, your payment card is not charged.
Can I get a certificate for time off work?
Yes, Well Revolution doctors can issue certificates for time off work during a consultation. The doctor will decide if it is appropriate for you.
Who can use Super Health Pharmacy Care?
Super Health Pharmacy Care is open to everyone 18 years or older in New York. There are no monthly fees. Pay only after a consult with the doctor.
Who are the providers on Super Health Pharmacy Care?
Super Health Pharmacy Care is provided by Well Revolution.
All Well Revolution providers are qualified and licensed MDs, DOs, and PA-Cs. They can help you with a majority of conditions, specialties and common medical conditions.
Use a Well Revolution provider if you don’t have a doctor, can’t get to one or when yours isn’t available.
